Tala Community Council would like to inform you that, due to works that will be carried out at the junction of roads on the north side of the old church of St. Catherine, as from Wednesday, November 4, the following roads will be closed to traffic. They will be accessible though only to those who have their residence beyond the point where they will be closed.

The project is expected to last 7 weeks.

Drivers are kindly requested to comply with the signs, in order to avoid their own inconvenience.

Griva Digeni: From the T-junction with Stephanou Demetriou to the square.

Liami – Hazeliou: From the T-junction with Stephanou Demetriou

Tala Community Council informs you that construction works for Phase II of the Square Project will begin on Monday 16 September 2019.

Work will include excavations on streets around the square, starting from Evagora Pallikaride Street and then continue at Mavrovouniou, Zena Gunther and Arch. Makarios III. In a later stage works will be carried out at Griva Digeni, Liami, Agias Aikaterinis, Chr. Papadaniel. The public is kindly requested to comply with the traffic signs and construction signs in order to avoid any kind of accident.
